TRAVEL PLANNING, WITHOUT THE OVERWHELM
There are thousands of cruises, tours, hotels, and ways to put a trip together. My job isn't to give you more options to sort through. It's to use my experience to narrow them down and help you choose what makes sense for you.
I specialize in ocean, river, and expedition cruises, guided and small-group tours, vacation packages, and select custom independent trips.
Whether your trip is largely ready to book or needs to be built from the ground up, I'll help with the research, recommendations, bookings, and logistics, so you can spend less time sorting through endless options and more time looking forward to going.
PROFESSIONAL PLANNING FEES
I charge professional fees for my time, expertise, research, and ongoing support. Travel supplier commissions vary considerably, and some parts of a trip pay little or no commission.
Fees are charged per booking, not per person, and you'll always know your fee before we begin. The fees below are starting points; more complex or longer trips may require a higher fee depending on the amount of planning involved.
Planning fees are non-refundable and do not go towards the cost of your trip.
HOW I CAN HELP
Cruises
Ocean, river, expedition, and small-ship cruising are some of my main specialties. I'll help you choose the cruise line, itinerary, ship, cabin, and fare that best fit the way you want to travel, then look after your booking and help you prepare for your trip.
Planning fee: from $200 + HST per booking
I can also help with flights, insurance, and arrangements before or after your cruise. More extensive independent travel before or after your sailing may require an additional custom planning fee.
Guided & Small-Group Tours
From traditional escorted tours to small-group, adventure, active, and culturally focused trips, I'll help you sort through the options and find the tour style, pace, and itinerary that suit you.
I can also arrange flights, insurance, and additional travel before or after your tour.
Planning fee: from $200 + HST per booking
All-Inclusive Vacation Packages
Looking for an all-inclusive escape or another packaged vacation? I'll help narrow down the destinations, resorts, and package options based on what matters to you rather than leaving you to sift through hundreds of search results.

Custom Independent Travel
Some trips need to be built piece by piece. I offer a limited number of custom independent itineraries, including accommodations, transportation, experiences, and the logistics that connect them.
Rather than giving you an enormous list of possibilities, I'll research and recommend the options I believe are the best fit for your trip.
Custom planning fees are based on the scope and complexity of your itinerary, including the number of destinations and the level of research and logistics involved.

Flights Only
If you already know where you're going and simply need help with your flights, I also offer air-only booking services.

If we're a good fit to work together, I'll confirm your professional fee and get started.
I'll research and recommend the options I believe best suit what we've discussed. Once we've made the decisions, I'll take care of the bookings we're making together and help you prepare for your trip.
Before departure, you'll receive an organized digital travel guide with your booked arrangements and useful information for your travels. You'll also know how to reach me if you need assistance while you're away.
