HOW IT WORKS

My concierge travel planning fees are based on the length and complexity of your trip. This ensures that you're only paying for the time, research, and coordination your trip truly requires.
 

Custom itinerary planning starts at $300+HST, which typically covers up to 7 days and 2 destinations. If your adventure includes additional stops, weeks, or specialized logistics (like ferries, hiking permits, or remote lodges), we’ll outline that in your quote up front.

I’m only compensated through this fee and any commissionable bookings I make - and not everything pays commission - so this structure allows me to offer honest, unbiased advice tailored to you.

All fees are disclosed clearly during our initial call and are non-refundable, as they cover the time and expertise that goes into building your trip - even before anything is booked.

    My concierge travel planning fees cover the time, research, and expertise I put into making your trip seamless - from the first idea to your final boarding pass. Most of the work happens before anything is booked!
  • What’s included in the planning fee?
    Everything from destination research and itinerary design to booking logistics, confirmations, and ongoing support. You’ll also get a custom digital itinerary with everything in one place.
  • What’s not included?
    The fee doesn’t cover the actual cost of your flights, accommodation, or tours - just the professional services that bring it all together.
  • Is the fee refundable?
    No, as the fee covers the work that begins right away - whether you end up booking or not. But I’ll always be clear on deliverables before we move forward.
  • What if I only want help with flights or a resort package?
    I offer tiered services! For simpler trips like flights or sun packages, I charge a lower fee — it’s all listed on this page.
  • Do you work with couples, families, or groups?
    Absolutely. Whether you’re planning a romantic getaway, a big anniversary trip, or coordinating multiple travelers, I’ll tailor the plan and support to your needs.
  • Do you earn commission on bookings?
    Sometimes - but not always. I’m only paid commission on certain bookings (like hotels or tours), and not everything I recommend has a commission attached. That’s part of why I charge a planning fee: it ensures I can give you unbiased recommendations and spend the time your trip truly deserves, regardless of what’s bookable. This way, you're getting recommendations that are genuinely right for you - not just the ones that pay me the most.
