  • Guidance on fare rules, cancellation policies, and entry requirements

Cancellation and Change Support

  • Advocacy with travel suppliers in the event of cancellation or changes

  • No agency fees for cancellations (supplier fees may apply)

  • One complimentary rebooking within 30 days of cancellation (one change only); additional changes may require a new fee

  • Assistance with travel insurance claims​

What's Not Included

  • Submitting legal documents on your behalf. I can provide guidance for visas, passports, or other paperwork, but you must complete and submit the applications yourself

  • Monitoring government regulations daily. I’ll share entry requirements provided by airlines, cruise lines, and tour operators, and point you to official government websites for the most current details. It’s your responsibility to review official sources before you travel

  • Managing medical requirements. I cannot handle vaccinations, health screenings, medical documentation, or provide advice on fitness to travel. These must be discussed with your healthcare provider

  • Completing bookings that require bank verification codes. Some attraction tickets require a code sent directly from your bank. In these cases, I’ll provide step-by-step instructions so you can complete the purchase directly

  • Securing limited-release tickets that sell out quickly. Experiences like Colosseum underground tours or certain museum entries may sell out outside my business hours. I’ll provide booking reminders and instructions so you can secure these directly when sales open

  • Unlimited revisions or multiple trip designs. Your concierge fee covers one primary trip design. Additional proposals or significant redesigns may require a new fee

  • Guaranteeing costs, outcomes, or supplier decisions. I cannot control cancellations, schedule changes, delays, or other decisions made by third-party suppliers

  • Managing arrangements during travel that weren’t pre-booked through me. I remain available for emergencies, but cannot assist with travel elements I did not book.
     

Important Notes

  • Concierge fees are non-refundable as they cover the time, research, and expertise invested in planning, whether or not travel is booked

  • Fees remain valid as long as we are actively engaged in planning your trip. If planning is paused or there is no communication for more than 30 days, a new concierge fee will be required before services can resume

  • Services may vary depending on your specific trip and supplier policies. While I act as your advocate, I cannot guarantee outcomes for changes, cancellations, or requests made to third-party suppliers
